2. Floor level and lift access

The single biggest variable within any given size. A third-floor flat with a working service lift and the same flat without one are two different jobs — different hours, different crew size, different cost. If a company quotes you without asking which floor you’re on, that number will change on moving day.

3. Distance

A move within Horamavu costs considerably less than Horamavu to Whitefield, even with identical goods. For intercity moves, expect roughly ₹15 to ₹30 per km depending on vehicle size, on top of packing and labour.

4. Packing requirement
